Terms of Service

  1. Use of Services:
    • You agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by PrimeWars.
    • Access to the server is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations.
  2. Purchases & Payments:
    • All purchases are final and subject to our refund policy.
    • By completing a purchase, you agree to pay any applicable taxes, platform fees, or processing charges imposed by our payment providers.
    • Prices displayed do not include third-party transaction fees. You are responsible for the full amount including any additional charges.
    • We accept GCASH, MAYA, GOTYME, and COINS. Payment details are provided privately after placing an order for your security.
  3. Communication:
    • By creating an account, you consent to receive updates via email, Discord, or in-game chat.
  4. User Conduct:
    • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
    • Cheating, harassment, or misconduct may result in penalties or permanent bans without refund.

Refund Policy

  1. General Policy:
    • All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for virtual items or ranks.
    • Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the server, regardless of repayment.
  2. Exceptions:
    • Refunds may be considered only in cases of server-side error or failure to deliver purchased items.
    • Requests must be submitted promptly via our Discord support system.
  3. Investigation Process:
    • All refund claims will be reviewed thoroughly and may take time to resolve.
    • Users must cooperate fully during the process.
  4. Compensation Fees:
    • In cases of user error or negligence, a small fee may be charged to cover administrative costs.

Payment Methods

We support multiple payment options for your convenience. Full details are provided after placing an order to protect your privacy. Submitting proof of payment via a Discord ticket is required for verification. Please include your IGN, package name, and transaction receipt or code.

NOTE: Always double-check your payment details before sending. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts or numbers. A screenshot of your receipt ensures fast verification.
